rev:text	Called them based on my Dad's experience with the company and I'm really glad I did. Killingsworth is a prompt, professional, pest pro team! 2nd month in my new home and we've noticed the occasional millepede getting into the house and garage. Earlier this week we had the coldest morning of the season so far and found a dozen millepedes or so scattering around my garage! No ants, no roaches, no mice, squirrels, hogs, zebras, or capybaras. Just these little crawly guys, which wouldn't be too much of a concern, except the fact that they are toxic and my poor cat can't help but try and eat them! Called on Friday to schedule an appointment for either Tuesday or Wednesday. The lady on the phone was very friendly and informative of all the services they offer. We agreed on one-time inside & outside treatment. She told me that if I determined I needed another service, I could apply my paid balance to unlimited annual service! I decided Tuesday at 2pm would work... ....Oh crap, I'm supposed to be at a wedding at 2pm on Tuesday! Called an HOUR before my scheduled visit telling them I couldn't make it and there was no fuss, they rescheduled me for Wednesday at 6pm, great! Sure enough, Brad showed up 10 minutes EARLY and immediately started asking all the right questions. Before he began treating, we went over the specific problems and he quickly pointed out a broken garage seal where the 'path of least resistance' was letting insects get into my warmer garage too easily. He made sure our cat was put up before spraying and did his thing. When all was said and done we wrapped up with a few signatures and he went over other services Killingsworth offers (HVAC, Carpet Cleaning, Wildlife... never know when those pesky capybaras will show up!) and verified the price I was quoted was the price on the screen. Got my invoice via e-mail and he was on to the next one. Not often I give a 'home service' a 5 star because they normally fall short on something or another. I can't even nit pick with these guys, outstanding. Hopefully my millepedes are gone but I'll definitely be calling them for other services if need be due to the fantastic customer service!
