| - Lane Bryant has drastically changed over the past 2 years.
I use to believe the East Town Mall location was better than the west side location. Now, I don't see a difference.
It's really nice and rare to shop at a store where you like all of the associates. I was shopping so religiously here at one point that I knew the names of all of the sales associates as they all knew mine. One sales associate in particular knew my phone number by heart for when it came time for checking out. It's nice to have people know your styles, gives you heads up on deals and most importantly, let you shop without bugging you every 5 seconds on if you need help!
About a year ago, new management came in, made some horrible changes and nearly every single sales associate I was fond of left. There is only one remaining. In total, I would say about a good 7-8 of them quit. One in particular was forced to move to the Lane Bryant on the west side. Really unfortunate. Since then, I've limited my trips here significantly. I use to come to Lane Bryant at least twice a week. I may only stop in once a month.
Honestly, I should be thankful for not shopping here so much. I am not able to pay of my credit card since there is no point in using it. Plus, their fashion designers/team seems to be losing it. Crappy new lines of clothes and the sales are a joke.
One positive thing I will say about LB is they have the best bras and panties for plus size gals. Whenever they do run a sale on their intimates, I will head over to their website and make a purchase. Other than that, I am really disappointed in what they've become.
Wish the old Lane Bryant would return. For now, I am pretty much done with them.
