Walk in to Fed Ex today at around 1:15pm. No one greets us after standing up at the counter for over 10 minutes. The supervisor Crystal, comes over and says to wait for the email we sent to load. The email was loaded within the next minute because it showed up on the screen. Instead of giving us five minutes of her time, she decides to go and eat.
We are now here waiting until she finishes feeding her face to have our job complete.
Chantell on the other hand helped us tremendously. After waiting over 20 minutes she came to the rescue. Much appreciated helping hand. On top of her helping, she had not taken her lunch break and she came in prior to her supervision that thought food or whatever else was occupying her time was much more important than her customer standing right in front of her. Maybe our money isn't good enough? Maybe that's why fed-ex is losing money because people with attitudes and terrible customer service is managing their stores.
The only reason they got a two star rating was because Chantell took the time to help us in the middle of the job she was taking. It's now 2:00pm and the job is only half way done and we only needed 20 sheets printed on laser paper. This is a major joke.
