  • Want to get the funk of the Strip off you? Want to feel somewhat grown up and cultured? Come here!! This is where a conservation group keeps old school Vegas neon signs that have been all over. Most are kept in original condition and very few have been updated so that yo ucan see the history in the signs. Our guide was amaizng, in addition to explaining where each sign came from, she very thoroughly went through the time period, the designer, the special features of each. It waas a history lesson as well and the amount of detail you can see up close is fascinating. I'm a history buff and you'd not think about that fact that Vegas DOES have a history (and a lot is quite sordid). If you want to see really cool signs AND get some backstory on the evolution of Vegas, come here! ** it sells out damn near everyday so book early (and I recommend the night tour)
