I was contacted to reschedule my daughter's appt because her doctor will not be in. This appt has been scheduled for six months. I'm told they have to "work" me in. I was given two options one Monday (today is Friday) and the other two months from now. That's apparently what working us into another doctor schedule looks like. Not very good customer service. I specifically schedule her appointments to avoid taking her out of school early. They weren't even nice about it.
