rev:text	I normally take my dog to D Pet Hotel in hollywood. I made the horrid mistake to take my baby here. I gave them specific directions because my dog had an open wound. I asked them to please not use a choker on him because he had an open wound around his neck, i also told them that he could not be given a bath due to the wounds. I came in to pick him up and the lady brought him in on a choker. Then Hedi tells me he was given a bath!!!!!! Then I get into my car and go through his bag to only find that they had not given him his medication, nor had they feed him the food I left them. My dog will not take his pill if it isn't hidden in food, so I brought them food so that they can rap the medication in. My dog normally comes out of D Pet Hotel happier then ever!!! Not this time!! He came back traumatized and hasn't been the same since we came home!! Everyone has noticed his change so I know its not just me!!! These people do not know how to communicate...After I had dropped my dog off I was called by the hotel to make reservations for my dog!!!! I couldn't believe that they did not recognize my name nor my dogs right after I had dropped him off...FYI I don't have a common name and neither does my dog....PLZ don't take your dog here they truly don't pay attention or care about your dogs needs!!!!!!
