| - I recently went with a large group of out of town friends to Four Peaks in Tempe. As an ASU alum and staff member, this has always been a hot spot to bring people though I've really only been there a few times. Great service, delicious food, fun atmosphere, and VERY reasonable prices!
Three of us decided to split three items. That's right...I got to eat THREE dishes (though only some of each). One dish was the BBQ Chicken Pizza (chicken, red onion, cilantro, mozzarella, and Oatmeal Stout BBQ sauce). The second dish was Green Chile Mac & Cheese with Chicken (green chile cheese sauce, bacon, pico de gallo, and chicken). The third dish was their famous 8th Street Place Ale Chicken Strips (chicken strips, beer battered fries, and chipotle ranch).
One of our friends tried the Southwest Chop (a vegetarian dish) with Salmon. That included mixed greens, avocado, roasted corn, quinoa, black beans, roasted red pepper, pico de gallo, tortilla strips, quest fresco, salmon, and citrus-cilantro dressing. Another friend ordered the Chicken Enchiladas dish (gluten free!) with green chile sauce, shredded cheese, black beans, and rice. Really, every friend ordered a different dish (with the exception of several friends, who ended up with the chicken fingers!). I'm pleased to say that EVERY friend loved their dish (and the restaurant).
There are tours at this location of the brewery, and you can also sign up for specials by going to https://www.fourpeaks.com/pubs and clicking on the button at the bottom of the page. So much to check out at Four Peaks!
