  • Purchased 2 groupons for this movie theatre because it happened to be very convenient. They're located right off College subway station. You can more or less get the same deal without purchasing the Groupon. We got 2 movie tickets, 1 large popcorn, 2 medium drinks and 2 chocolate bars for $20. That's a whole lotta bang for you buck. Unfortunately, Groupon service can be inconsistent and we weren't allowed to substitute slushies for drinks, even though they cost less and I did it the first time we came. Student pricing is $7 and Tuesdays are for $5. It's much cheaper than the regular theatre giants like Cineplex or Empire theatres, but you end up losing in quality. The theatres are small and may smell musty. They can get quite busy on the Friday night shows, so try to come a bit early if you want good seats. I understand it's a smaller place so they can't offer as many movies, but their selection is quite limited. They weren't playing some really popular movies like Imitation Game or 50 shades of Grey.
