  • I arrived at 5:43 pm and waited in line behind one truck, the man operating the smog came to my window after he finished at 5:47 and said he was done for the day. No apology, no explanation why he was closing 13 minutes early. I found this incredibly rude- couldn't he have waved me off when I first pulled up?
