  • Rented for two years. Rent is increased a considerable amount every year. A month before our lease is up, they tell us we're responsible for trimming a thirty foot tree on the property, even though they trimmed it the first year we lived there. After refusing, they sent a tree trimmer out. The end of lease walk through was done before we got there. It was written up on an ipad. He rattled off everything faster than i could understand, couldnt see what was actually in writing and expected to "take it up with the office" after signing. Would not rent with silver bay again.
