  • Worst customer service ever. No one knows what the hell they're doing over there spent damn near $2,000 on a couch and got the insurance plan. Don't even have the couch for 7 months and already the cushions are tearing and 1 of the armrest is broke. Called for about a week and a half almost 2 weeks to claim our insurance to get our couch fixed. When they finally sent somebody out we were told that we would have the issues resolved within a week. Nobody called us so week and a half later again we call them to find out that nobody knows what the hell anybody is talking about over there the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing and that it is now going to take not a week but up to 3 months to get our stuff fixed. The insurance that they conned us into buying is also bull mainly because they won't give you a new couch, they do everything they can to screw you out of your insurance money. Heed my warning, go somewhere else do not buy furniture from this place they are nothing but a rip-off station. They will do and say just about anything they can to make a sale, that is why there's probably like 80 damn salesman in the damn place. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!
