I get the low ratings ... it's so painfully obvious. Sure not all Sephora reps are purposely gossiping in groups of 4s instead of actually interested in helping a person... but today I saw at least half the staff talking to each other with people waiting for them to help them.
I came here with the hopes of figuring out my shade for the new Nars foundation. The online swatches weren't so helpful. I must have spent at least 10 minutes looking at the various shade and figuring out the differences in undertone. Did anyone once ask me for help? No. Did anyone actually look at me when I stood by a group of associates? No.
Instead of walking out with a Nars foundation and concealer, I walked out with nothing. I ended up buying a few things at Deciem instead. Now they actually help you.
