rev:text	I have had several bad experience with this complex owner besides a roach infestations that took a couple of months to resolve. I had sprayed several times but when I had spine surgery and couldn't do anything but complain because roaches was getting in my bed crawling over my face and up my legs when I sat in my living room. The owner told me that roaches don't like catnip and after several complaints he tells me that he has exterminators come out twice a month instead of scheduling them to come out; then he lies to me and said the the exterminator told him it was not that bad. I ask the exterminator why would he say that and I was told that he did not tell the owner that story. I had to sleep on my couch after my surgery because they had to repair a water leak from the next apartment. They had to pull stuff out my closet which blocked my bed and I could not lift more than 5 pounds which they knew; I asked for someone to come put the stuff back so I can get in my bed and he ignored me and let the maintenance men go home . This is just for starters and today I called the office they didn't answer the phone as usual and the voicemail box was full so I emailed the office that the light outside my door was missing and the cover was off which was on the ground. The email was sent about noon. I assumed it would get replace until I look out my door about 8:30 pm and couldn't see anything because they never replaced the bulb. That is why there are so many vacant apartments because this guy is not right. He is cheap and uses temporary fixes to problem based on what I have seen. I would not recommend this place to anyone.I have had issues with dogs, among other things.
