  • Fast check-in, no line. Was not happy about the overly aggressive representative, hammered me on adding on additional $25 a day insurance, we went round and round, NO means NO, I said NO, but she wouldn't let it go. Then tried to get me to pay for an upgrade (that I didn't want). I get out to pick up the car, and surprise, the size car I wanted wasn't available, so I got a FREE upgrade, that I would have paid for inside for something that was free.
