  • So to start off the review I want to say I didn't end up purchasing a vehicle while I was at the dealership yesterday. I have every intention though to return to this dealership in a couple months to get the exact model that I want of the Macan S or dare I say it GTS. I had the privilege to work with Ahmed Saiyed, I did not feel judged for my appearance and I did not feel like I received lesser quality of service which I actually expected. I walked in and was connected with Ahmed where he immediately greeted me and very willingly was open to showing me everything I wanted to see. I was comparing the two SUVs the Cayenne and the Macan. He had me sit in both and knew his stuff. After seeing the two vehicles I decided the Macan was the right choice for me. We walked out to check out the Blue Macan S that I saw when I drove by that made me actually stop in to the dealership. He quickly grabbed the keys let me know he was going to take the car for a quick lap to cool down the interior as well as allow the AC to get to work, temperature was 106. We took the car for a drive and he was able to explain every feature down to why the key was located on the left hand side of the steering wheel. We did test drive 3 other models and at no time did I feel rushed to make a decision. In between driving the first Macan and the Cayenne, I saw there was an e-hybrid. He offered to have me drive it since I was thinking a hybrid might be a good way to go. I walked in to the showroom to cool down while he got the keys and was immediately greeted by Alex Merrill (receptionist) and Jason Whitman (Sales). Both were very friendly. Jason offered me a bottle of water and I told him it was fine that Ahmed was going to get one for me. He then got up and said it was fine and he didn't mind grabbing a bottle for me anyways. Both him and Alex were very kind and conversational while I stood in the lobby making me feel welcome the entire time. After I had driven the last of the cars I was curious to see what the numbers looked like. Keeping in mind I wasn't planning on buying a car. Not only did Ahmed show me all the numbers, he also connected me with one of the managers, which when he said he wanted to introduce me to his manager at first I thought ok here comes the high pressure. I was introduced to Malcolm Cheek. When he came over he introduced himself was also very conversational and not once did he say "what can we do to make this happen tonight". After talking for a bit he just said I look forward to helping you with your purchase when you are ready. I can honestly say this was probably one of the best experiences I have ever had at a dealer. I received a follow up call from Ahmed today asking if I had any questions, but with no pressure to make a decision before I was ready. If you are in the market for a nice vehicle I would love to recommend going in to meet with Ahmed Saiyed.
