I recently purchased a new Audi from Audi of Charlotte and will be a return customer. After visiting Audi Northlake, I knew that was not the experience I wanted. So I drive down to Audi of Charlotte to walk around a bit and see what they have on the lot. I parked and walked the lot for about 15 minutes, discovering what I liked and wanted. I was not bothered by a salesperson and was allowed to take it at my own pace. After finding a couple cars on the lot, I walk into the showroom and am greeted by Mark.
Mark listened to what was important to me and made himself available throughout the week; including a few late nights at the dealership, staying way past closing time. I never felt like I was being pressured or leveraged; making it easy to build trust.
After placing a custom order, my new car itch won out and I couldn't wait months for delivery. Mark was able to get me a great deal on a car on the lot; very fair price without much of the painful negotiating process.
In an industry that is undergoing a revolution to better align with the demands and expectations of younger generations, I believe Audi of Charlotte is proactively shifting their sales model to meet that mandate.
