  • I have been using clicklist since it started last year. I have always given great feedback for clicklist ordering and the ease of picking my orders up. I work many hours and this is the most convenient thing they have. A gentleman that brought my groceries out to my car was polite & helpful. His superior was called outside due to an issue with my order. She came outside to basically prove that I was wrong. She was rude, and condescending. She pointed at her phone to prove a point and tried to make me feel stupid. I tried to explain there is an order issue, then (according to this associate) a different form of ribs that I was SUPPOSED to order for the sale was substituted. My mistake, but don't replace it with 3 racks of $26 Ribs. I wanted ribs that are in that price range of $8-$10 (as stated on website and which I've ordered before) but instead they picked ones 3X the price out pure laziness it seems! She instead proceeded (outside by my car in clicklist parking) that I was wrong, what I ordered was by the lb not per package which can be confusing. I mentioned to her on website (which I pulled up on my phone) it said about "8.00" each (not per lb) she asked me to come inside the clicklist area where she pointed at her computer screen like as if I'm being taught a lesson. Seriously I was just tired after my long shift and annoyed. At this point I'm wasting my time with them. she asked if I wanted them returned and I said yes. They went and got the ribs I did want originally for $8 and then she gave me my final total which was my original $70 something dollars not $98. No "sorry" no nothing. Wasted 20 minutes of my time. The point of frys clicklist is the ease of ordering online and picking up after a busy day. This is the worst experience I've had with them. I've always given 5 stars on there feedback surveys and never had an issue with Channing which was a great clicklist supervisor who is no longer with them. If your going to continue to hire ghetto trash for these types of positions your clicklist orders will plummet. I have referred over 15 people to use this service and will make sure to let them know my experience.
