rev:text	I came to Meese Jewelry for a ring redesign, I met with Christina the owner and explained that I had two family rings I wanted combined into one easy design. She took measurements, we discussed in length the design I wanted and a quote was given. She assured me this was a simple task and I would have a digital model to approve in less than 2 weeks, I left feeling confident that we could make this work. By week 3, there was still no communication from the owner even though I had left a phone number and email address, so I contacted her about the digital design and she said the designer had added some things to the design that I may not have wanted so she had him correct it and I would have the model in a few days. Another week went by with no communication and I contacted again, she assured me I would have it the next day and she would call me. This was in early July, it is now late August without another word from her and I am confused by having to chase a business owner to try and buy a product, how odd. I was originally concerned with Meese, as I could not find any reviews of the work this store provided anywhere, I wish the owner had just contacted me to say the jeweler wasn't available or this job was more than they would be able to provide rather than continuing to reassure me and then dropping the agreement without even a word. I wanted this project completed by September and really feel like I got the run around while I could have been searching for other companies that want my business.
