  • I was involved in an accident that was not my fault and was told to bring my car to Service King as one of the auto body shops the other person's insurance covered. At first I was skeptical, as my car is nearly brand new and I wanted to make sure everything was done perfectly. I was quickly proven wrong by the exceptional customer service and work ethic at Service King off Bell rd. Steven S in particular was extremely helpful and worked hard to assure that I was comfortable and always informed of what was going on with my car. They even send you text alerts daily to keep you up to date with the status of your vehicle. Due to unavoidable circumstance, they had to keep my car longer than originally projected to replace a part from the manufacturer. To compensate me for my time, they filled up my gas tank, detailed the interior and exterior of the car and even got me a gift card. If that isn't going above and beyond, I don't know what is. If I ever need work done on my car again I will not hesitate to trust Steven the service advisor and the entire staff at Service King.
