  • Aveda products are the best. The services and staff are good but the lady that owns this salon has no public relation skills period. She needs to let her staff run the place and stay away from the clients. She is the only reason I would not recommend this location. If she checks you out and asks what services you had she will charge extra without informing you. For example, nail art was an extra $6.00 added on top of the &40.00 for one nail and no one ever said it would be. Her manicurist never said anything about an extra charge and the owner asked me at check out " oh, did you get nail art? And told me how cute it was with out any mention of an extra charge. Just sneakily added it to the bill. This salons owner also run off all the real hair stylist talent by being greedy with what percentage she will allow them to make on services so they often leave. This really is a downer because aveda is such a great product and salon with the worst franchise owner. She is not a good representation for Aveda salons.
