  • I needed to have some river rocks taken out of my yard and call Davinci for some guys to come out and take them. Their only available time was almost a month out, I wasn't happy about waiting that long but I penciled them in. The day BEFORE the agreed day they were supposed to come; a few men showed up super early telling me that they were here for my rocks. I contacted Matt through email and asked why they were here a day early? I also asked where I should send payment and that I would like a receipt. He failed to apologize to me for the inconvenience his guys put me through. Thankfully I had the cash that day (they charge you extra if you use a credit card) so I went ahead and let them take the rocks and after they were done I gave one of the guys the money. I still never received my receipt stating I paid in full. I also didn't appreciate how the guys scratched the side of the house with their wheelbarrow. I don't think I'll be using them again; in a nutshell bad communication and over priced.
