rev:text	We had our daughter's birthday party here today, and I thought it would be a more pleasant experience, but it felt really rushed, super busy, and overall frustrating. One thing I guess I did not understand when I booked us that you only get the room for 40 minutes afterwards after the jump. On the website it says you have a party room after jump, but I took this to mean your guests would start the eating, presents, and cake part at five, but you would have the room for that hour while kids were jumping to relax, decorate, etc. This is not how it turned out. So, our guests were essentially left paying for lockers and buying stuff at the snack bar the first hour. We had the private jump court, and that is key here. You pay about $100 extra for it, and it's a nice to have, otherwise your party will be very separated if you have various ages at the event. There were a lot of kinks with timing, but our hostess let us stay over in the room since we didn't get in there until 10 minutes after, and everything was just kind of haphazard. Overall, we spent $500 (the fee, tax, and top) and I thought for that price we would receive top notch concierge service and attentiveness. Not so. The pizzas were small, and we had to bring in our own cake. Not worth the money, imo. You are better off purchasing the tickets individually and not part of a package, and ordering food from the snack bar and just having your event at the snack bar tables since that is where you will be at most of the time anyway. You'll save a ton of money that way. Overall, we like skyzone, and it's a great place to go in this heat, but it can get pricey.
