Rent a car on 9/20/2014 for a business/vacation trip. Get to the retal place around 2:30 pm and wait for more than an hour to get to the counter. Looked like it on average took them at least 20 minutes to process one rental. Long line with only 2 counters open to serve the customers. Tried to sell me their insurance. After I told the salesperson I was declining all coverage, he still tried to sell it to me. I told him I am travel on business and this is cover under my company's policy and is also cover by my credit card.He asked me about my insurance and then asked me to give him the deductible of my insurance, which I have never been asked for before. He still tried to use the scare tactic to strong arm me into buying thier insuance. He told me if the car battery die I might have to pay for it if that is my fault, I say "what! you can't be serious." You car had issue and inconvenience me and you expect me to pay for your repair. Got to be kidding. Very poor salesmanship. The car I got was old and many functions doesn't work. If you can spend a few dollars rent from other compnies and avoid the frustrations.
