  • Purchased a Lumia 830 along with the Microsoft "Complete Care" from the Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall, a much better experience. The Chandler Fashion square mall store was an embarrassment and very upsetting. The first associate gave me, at first, no option; then an option to get a Lumia 640; next option was $399 towards a new phone; and then finally settled on "The other store should have never sold you a warranty and we cannot help". I kindly asked to speak to a manager. The manager would not hear or look into my warranty claim, and after privately meeting with the other sales associate, told me there was nothing to do but call the Online Microsoft Store help. I called the help number given and after 45 minutes was told to go back to the store with a case number; I felt like this was unlikely to accomplish anything since the manager wouldn't even pick up a pencil or touch a computer to do any research... this is about the most un-helpful experience I've ever experience; an experience that took my wife from wanting to try a Lumia to keeping her old iPhone. Several days later I went back to the original store, the Scottsdale Fashion Store, and had a warranty phone without any further issues. Do Not Go to Chandler, they are unexperienced, unhelpful, and a complete waste of time. Go to Scottsdale, worth the drive every time!
