No one offered to help me. Once I did get to check out after observing two cashiers who looked like they were 'new at this' it turns out I was just a few bucks from spending $150 to qualify for the $35 gift card. So I went back to get something to add to my order. I had to wait a long time again as the cashiers still didn't know what they were doing. They also didn't tell you things you need to know. If I didn't get the Victoria's Secret emails I wouldn't know what the deals are and would miss out on free gifts and deals.
As someone who has worked in a customer service oriented field I would advise that location to hire ppl who actually like their job and like ppl.
I've been shopping at VS for 15 yrs both in Canada and in the states and never before did I have such a terrible experience. They failed!!!!!
