Great experience. A tenant of mine notified me after 4 p.m. on a weeknight that there was a problem with the refrigerator. I was referred by someone I trust to Appliance Works. By the time I got the referral and was able to make the call, it was roughly 4:58 p.m. A very polite woman answered the phone promptly.
I told her what the issue was. I gave her the tenant contact information and figured it'd be the next day before I heard back. Nope. She'd reached the tenant. Scheduled with the tenant and called me back. I didn't hear my phone when she called back. When I noticed that she'd called and left a voice message, she'd also sent me an email. All after 5 p.m. that same day.
Impressive!
The tech was to arrive within a 2 hour window 2 days after my call. I was told the tech would call me with an estimate so I could approve the job. I got a call almost at the very start of the window. He'd already diagnosed the issue. He quoted me a price. Not cheap. But, heck, a lot less than a whole new fridge. He had the part on his truck and could do the repair right then. Heck yes!
I received an email copy of the job quote. Then I got the invoice via email. I paid over the phone and had a paid copy of the invoice emailed to me right away.
This is the company I'm going to call whenever I have an appliance repair need locally.
