  • STOP READING REVIEWS, AND DO NOT RESEARCH ANY OTHER COMPANIES!!!! Pick up your phone and call Eco Friend Carpet Care. Seriously. Luis is as legit as they come. He is EXTREMELY knowledgable, helpful, friendly, and he is completely up front with you. There are no hidden scams, like so many other companies, and his prices will beat anybody else's! He takes real care in making sure that the job is done right, and he follows up with you to make sure that you are happy. Luis is the real deal. These guys worked extremely hard to clean up my carpet, and make it look as good as possible! They take genuine care in delivering stellar customer service, and their level of skill backs up all their claims! I had a horrible experience with a different company about a week prior to calling Luis. They totally scammed me, and took me for a ride, trying to upsell all of their services, relentlessly. When I declined their services they did a half assed job in the end. Not the case with Eco Friend. I'll never use another company as long as these guys are an options for me. Amazing, amazing, amazing. I'd give them more than 5 stars if it were an option. Stop reading my review. Call Luis at Eco Friend. You won't regret it.
