  • I have used MR Electric many times for projects at both my home and my business. They are always professional, and the pricing is fair and reasonable. I have always felt like they were knowledgeable with the information provided, and any advice or recommendations were spot on. They always showed up as scheduled and were ready to work. Work was done as promised, completed on schedule, and the price quoted was the price we actually paid. Since I regularly contract with a variety of home service businesses (landscapers, plumbers, electricians, drywall, roofers, painters, etc), I know what the "average" level of service is for most companies.. it's tough to find an honest and reputable company that has your best interests in mind. And I have always felt that Mr Electric goes above and beyond. Furthermore, a while back I had a weekend waffle party emergency where I was trying to run 14 waffle makers but I kept tripping the breakers apparently due to the excessive load on the circuits. It was seriously impeding my waffle making capabilities, and I was expecting up to 100 hungry guests.. I jokingly contacted the owner through a Facebook message pleading for help.. To my complete surprise, he called me on the phone and was able to explain why the breakers were tripping and how the kitchen was wired to meet code. He helped me isolate different circuits in the kitchen so that I could understand how to spread the load across multiple breakers and get the waffle irons hot again. It was a real waffle party miracle. Edit: there is a really bad review below from a guy named Stephen D. I am actually the guy that referred him to Mr Electric. I do not know Stephen.. he is a friend of a friend and I didn't hesitate for a second to make the referral. But I am appalled at how condescending he was in his review, especially considering that he had a personal referral. It's insulting and I will be extremely cautious making any referrals in his direction ever again. If nothing else he should have contacted me if there was a problem. If you look at his yelp profile, he gives poor reviews to everybody and seems to feed off the drama. I feel like everything in his life is a catastrophe and he likes to yell and kick his feet.. sounds more like a tantrum than a review, I feel bad for anybody that has to work with this guy.
