| - Buying a car can be stressful, just looking for a car can be stressful. Recently stopped by Town and Country to look at a vehicle. We were met as we walked in by a salesman. He asked if he could help us. We told him what we were looking for, we sat down at an open table in the lobby, he had his iPad, typed in our prices and make that we were interested in, and then he went through the vehicles that all Town and Country dealerships had available. One we had already seen at the other location, he had one at his location, so he took us out to look at it. Unfortunately, it was reserved. They have a 24 hour hold policy. If someone calls about a vehicle and wants to hold it, until they can get there to see it, T&C will hold if for them. That's a nice policy. They do it so no one sells the car out from under you while you are looking at it. He also mentioned that they use a "sonic" price and thus don't negotiate on the price. Not so nice, ok I guess. Even though the car was on hold we went back inside, sat down at an open table, and he worked up a price, financing quote one there vehicle. All without taking a ton's of our personal information, (which is completely opposite to the treatment we received at East Charlotte Nissan). We haven't purchased a vehicle yet, but the service here at T&C was positive and I would definitely come back.
