  • It seemed they would great until the first guy came out and did not finish his work. The second time we called it was for a ceiling fan. It took them a month to get someone out and then when he needed additional instructions from the company they took two weeks to get back to him. During this time I called numerous times to get someone to talk with me why it was taking so long. I asked to speak with a manager on a Monday and was informed that there was no manager that came on That day...ON A MONDAY!!! I had to leave a message and of course I received no call back. I will be going with someone else once my year is up.
