  • Let me begin by saying the two bedroom villas in tower 3 are great! They are spacious and we did not feel like we were all crammed into tiny sardine can rooms. House keeping responded quickly to all of our needs/requests. I have only two complaints about this place. Our first complaint was that in our first villa the spa tub only had cold and freezing water and our shower was leaking. We notified the front desk and were immediately accommodated in the villa we are in now. My second complaint was that the security person that made her rounds at the roof top pool was not friendly at all. This facility is a great place for families. We met three families yesterday (all from Utah) and it was great to see other large families here with kids ranging from 17 years old down to 9 months old. The pool area was not crowded at all but they could use a few more umbrellas out here for those of us who don't like to bake in the sun. There's no smoking unless you go to the rooftop bar where there is a designated area for smokers. The strip is just up the block, there is a movie theater within walking distance. This is not a typical "hotel" experience but more of a home feel to it specially with the full kitchen and washer and drier! All in all we have enjoyed our stay here and would not hesitate to come back. My mother in law is thinking about buying in but we'll see what it comes down to on Saturday. I can not say enough that I enjoyed how family friendly this place is and how wonderful the staff is. By the way, we didn't hear doors slamming as other people commented about. Our stay was peaceful and fun.
