| - This store and it's horrific treatment of customers has prompted me to start transitioning our business out of Apple products and services. Not only have I left this store on multiple occasions losing business and personal data or devices to shoddy communication or service technicians that don't give a care what they put you through, because there is no repercussion for mistreatment of customers, but each of my employees, and many of my friends, have been dragged through the same thing there. The trauma we've endured trying to simply get basic functioning from our devices using this store is, as a recent study from the Physiological Society confirms, akin to dealing with a terrorist threat. Thanks Genius Bar. But you know, not. Side note, we pay exorbitant amounts to ensure all devices are covered with every maximum insurance and apple protection plan available- apparently a total gimmick by the way. But they have you trapped, forced to use them to engage with the world around you. I miss Steve Jobs and his rare adherence to some sort of human-centered professional standards. Wish you were here, Steve, because that dent you made in the universe has now become a black hole, a vacuum of subpar-ity that is unraveling the fabric of customer service and quality products that you spent your life creating. Oh well. There's always Samsung ... And their exploding phones. ... Which is almost not a big deal to me at this point.
