  • I see some mixed reviews about Mountain Gate, and I'm honestly not too sure why. I've lived here for a few months now, and I have had a pretty great experience so far. The apartment community is a big one since both Mountain Gate and Mountain Trails are next to each other, but it's a lot quieter than other communities I've lived at. The pool and other amenities are pretty decently well kept, so that's a big plus in my book. The staff members also tries very hard to keep the communities happy. I remember once my boyfriend and I were leaving to work, and there were staff members outside handing out small pastries and juices for breakfast. It was an awesome experience that actually made the rest of my day great. One small complaint is that sometimes it is hard to get ahold of them over the phone, but it hasn't been too much of an issue lately. If you want to live in a quiet community away from the crowds, I recommend Mountain Gate. The only reason we're planning on moving is because my boyfriend and I have to relocate closer to his job..otherwise I probably would renew my lease.
