  • My Community Manager Christine Perez, is not responsive to any messages, I get charged for things without notice. Sentry has increased our Fees that we have had with our previous HOA for over 10 years. I am ignored and nickel and dimed almost every month... And our community as a whole has never looked worse! I have left messages, emailed and gotten nothing, I have asked for a break down or our CCNR and never received anything and have been billed for items on without notice... I have submitted appeals and received nothing....
