  • I've been a fan of this line as long as Sephora has existed in my state. I was walking through the Palazzo when Fresh appeared to me like a beacon of light in a fog. Seriously...this store glows amongst the somewhat dark halls of the Palazzo on the 2nd floor. Happily, I walked in and was overwhelmed by all the goodies they had. I ending up purchasing only things I couldn't find in Sephora stores at home, like their soaps in scents that were available online only. They even offered to send items to my home and waive the taxes since I'm from a tax free state and shipping if I spent over a certain amount in products. Are you kidding? I had to fight the urge to take them up on this offer since I had already done a lot of damage at the Palazzo..but was ultimately very happy with the attentive service and knowledge from the staff. I had to come back the next day to exchange an item I had bought and was greeted with the same wonderful service and was even given a sample of their clay toothpaste. My experience in this shop further increased my respect for this brand. Give it a try when you are here!
