  • First timers! Overall the whole place looks really great. We were excited to be checking it out since we just moved in down the street! We got to our seats, looked through the menu and ordered drinks and food almost as soon as we sat down. The server came back 15 minutes later to say they didn't even carry that beer in their location. Slightly annoyed, I ordered a different drink. My boyfriend got his drink and we received our food 10 minutes later and I reminded them of the beer I ordered and my boyfriend ordered another drink since it clearly takes forever. Only a few minutes go by and his drinks arrives. Then it took 45 MINUTES for me just get the attention of one of the three servers in this theater to ask for a water and get a beer update. Another 10 minutes go by and they come and tell me they are out of that beer too. They comped the sangria I ended up ordering (which was actually really good) but the service was TERRIBLE! Well over an hour for a drink is absolutely not ok. As a server I understand it gets busy but there is no reason they couldn't have come and told me that the beer was out or at least bring me a water since I was obviously thirsty. I spent most of the movie watching the servers walk in with drinks I hoped were mine. It seems like the communication between employees in this place needs serious improvement. This was the most disappointing movie/dining experience.
