| - UPDATE: Since posting this 5 star review about a year ago, I can say that Biscuits has steadily declined in both service and quality. I've been back multiple times, and it's always hit or miss with servers. Some are in a great mood and on top of their game... while others have poor hygiene, are rude, careless, and really don't care if you're happy with your meal or not. The last few times i've been in, they do not honor the $5 coupons which are sent to email for discounts (birthday, anniversary etc) even if they are not expired or have not been used. The cashier will say "I can't find it in the system", although I received an email from Biscuits they day prior (timestamped) advertising a $5 coupon. When asking how this can happen, the cashier simply shrugs and says "I don't know"... well, that's unacceptable. This morning I got breakfast to go- my usual chicken fried steak. The final straw with Biscuits (hence the updated review), they didn't include ANY gravy in my chicken fried steak meal (which included biscuits and gravy WITH NO GRAVY), eggs were cold and rubbery, potatoes slimy. Not impressed- it's unfortunate an establishment can have such a rapid decline in less than a year. This definitely explains why their competitors always have a line out the door, while Biscuits line has diminished.
