I live in the northwest side of town and I have an enterprise down the street from my home, but because the hours of operation is more convenient for me I come here. Everyone that works this location are phenomenal ! Very friendly, great costumer service, answers all my questions. With that being said I rented a vehicle for one day and decided to add GPS and full coverage. I noticed no one was there to take the rental keys, but there was a big sign after hour key drop off. I dropped the keys in the box and saw a gentleman on the other side told him I dropped my keys in the box if I need to sign anything. Was told no that they are closed but they will call me once they open to make sure everything was ok. Around 8 am I noticed my rental agreement summary came with a flyer on the back it said Express Rental. I didn't fill it out. I was freaking out since they wouldn't know what time I had dropped it off. I called Enterprise was told everything is fine that there is no such thing as a Express Rental form. I got a call 5 mins later (someone different) ask how my experience went. Now Friday 11pm I check my email notice I was sent an Enterprise invoice at 4:33 am was charged for two days !! I called Enterprise spoke with April told her the situation she explained to me why I was charged the two day (something I was not told when I picked up the car) she said she will refund me the extra day and send me an email with the confirmation. So happy that they were able to help me.
