I have visited Dr Pillai for my sick appointment and I have received a bill of 25$ even though I pay my copay, when I checked with my insurance they told me that Dr has incorrectly billed as 'Specialist' even though he is not, so I called first care to fix it and they told me its fixed, but still I get the bill for 25$ and in my insurance site as well its not reflected. I have requested the billing department to send me a email as a proof of our conversion that I did not owe any money, they are very reluctant, they continue to say its fixed, but I dont see it any where or I dont have any proof of its being taken care. Billing staff is not at all cooperative. I don't understand why she(chris) is not even ready to send me a email based on our conversion, so that I will have that as a proof. Its the second time I am following up on this and wasting my time.
Not a great facility and co-operative staffs..
