You would think that after this many complaints about their front office staff, the doctors would address the issue and either hire more help or just find better assistants. I've waited on hold for over 20 minutes just to book an appointment - the phone system automatically recycled me through after about 10 minutes. When I told the receptionist I had already been holding, she said there were only two receptionists and she needed to place me on hold (again) to help other people. I was referred to this office by a friend, who recommended their PA Vanessa, but I guess I'll have to go somewhere else because the office can't manage phone calls.
