  • Been at Verizon for over 40 mins and still not helped. They have a bunch of employees that are not working, and chit chatting. The incompetence here is strong. Ive been waiting for them to verify for over 15 mins but apparently an email her can take longer than 15 mins to go through. Annoyed is an understatement. They have no sense of expediting. So if you want to get a new phone don't bother coming here, unless you can spend a day waiting around.
