As a person who works many odd shifts, weekends and holidays, it's sure difficult to get a clear schedule on when buses are showing up. The ETA site is sometimes useless, their integration with Google Maps has made me late to events and functions and almost late to work several times.
The expansion of arrival boards needs to extend to the busy. Why that hasn't happened is a true mystery. I am aware that things happen to busses, but too many times I cannot get a clear time as to when a bus will show up.
And don't get me started on the pay stations to get connect cards. The one at Negley Station regularly is not accepting bank cards for payment. Doesnt the Port Authority know many people do not carry cash around with them? It's 2017!
The city makes it unusually hard to keep a car in the city, but makes it hard to get around without one. Take a few lessons from some larger cities. How come my first time taking the subway in NYC I was easily able to navigate, but Pittsburgh makes it difficult.
Website is wonky and sometimes unhelpful. Good job on raising rates and cutting services to pad some board member pockets. I can't wait until I don't have to use the bus anymore. I may event throw a party in honor.
