  • Not good. The representative was very nice at the initial communication was great. I picked up a van while my family was in town so we could all ride together for the weekend. I walked to the parking lot where there was no attendant and I grabbed the van and drove off. I was on an extremely tight schedule and about 15 minutes after driving the van I started to notice how it had not been cleaned and there was an unpleasant smell coming from the air conditioning. Again me being on a tight schedule I did not have time to go back and try to rectify this. The following day I drove to the Grand Canyon with my family and the brakes went out. We had to downshift the entire way down the mountain. The brakes were shaking so bad that we could not use them at all. I returned the van and explained the concern to the agent and she gave me a quick apology and threw me a $25 off gift certificate. And seemed that she didn't care very much. My first time renting here and probably my last.
