Ice Man was assigned the pre season tuneup in March by my warranty company Landmark Home Warranty. They came out to my rental property and said they completed the job. I am out of state so I was not there when work was performed and never got a bill. Fast forward to now and I asked for the invoice so I can present to a prospective buyer showing its been maintained. They sent me the invoice and the notes just said 2 Tuneups, they didn't record any temperature split, but they did "recommend condenser coil cleaning for $400"? My warranty contract stated that they were supposed to clean the condenser coil as part of the tuneup, and they were supposed to do a temp split check. So when I asked them to redo the tuneup properly they refused, telling me they no longer work with my warranty company and I would have to go back to them. Way to stand behind your service. Obviously there is a reason my warranty company won't use them anymore.
