Jacob, who rang up my purchase was awesome. Unfortunately that is where the good ended. Hot doughnuts were coming out of the fryer and the hotlight was not on. No one was handing out the free hot samples, like they are supposed to do when hot are coming out. Fosters were being pulled to put together orders for customers while one rang upthe sales. I ordered 2 doughnuts and it took 6 minutes to get them because the froster didn't know what to do. The doughnuts I got were old. The glaze was sweating off so bad, just one touch wiped the glaze completely off. I have worked for Krispy Kreme as a supervisor, this is completely unacceptable to company policy.
