  • This store is pretty big for a quilt store with a large selection of fabric. Unfortunately, the customer service is definitely lacking. I was greeted with barely what seemed to be a mandated but definitely cold hello. I did not feel welcome. I thought it was me but noticed a couple ladies having to walk around asking for help at the cut counter. The woman they asked directed someone to call another person then changed and told the person to call yet someone else. I count at least four employees but not once was I asked if I needed any help. I cruised the store and decided to not spend my money there. I'm used to friendlier quilt shops for sure.
