  • I took my brand new Subaru in for a new audio/navigation system as well as a power inverter. The shop personnel were very welcoming and knowledgeable. They were able to answer every question I had regarding what I wanted in a system and guide me towards my best option. I appreciated the fact that they were very honest and did not lead me down a rabbit hole unnecessarily. I was so happy with the way they were able to accommodate all of my requests with no extra bullshit that I wound up bringing my other vehicle to them for diagnosis of certain things I was having issues with. Once again they took care of what I needed and did a GREAT job! Elite Audio and Customs will be where I always take my vehicles for anything they may need. I will refer them to anyone who is seeking the services they offer. They deserve more than 5 stars for sure!!
