  • Will not be going back. Do not recommend. My two sisters and I went to royal Nails for the first time. Our usual place was closed and no other salons were answering. We made an appointment for 3:30, and got there around 3:25. We were told to pick our colors which we did quickly. There were three people already there and only three workers. We sat down and waited for an hour and a half before they started us. Around 4:30 another woman came in and they told me to move to another seat so that this woman could sit down. I moved, but shortly after, I asked when they thought we'd be done because it was 4:50 and we hadn't even started. I then showed them the style I wanted and they said they couldn't do it. I had to settle for less because I had already been there for almost 2 hours and other places would close soon. They finally started me and my sisters once I'd asked three times. They quickly did my sister's and my nails. But my older sister's took another hour. Will not be going back. This trip took 3 and a half hours of my last day of break. Do not recommend if you're going for a quick trip. They don't have a big range in styles, and their painting is average at best. I will definitely not be going back.
