  • There are much better options. We did use them for 3+ years but suddenly they have become awful in their service and business practices. Called in recently and the service representative was so rude I finally had to just hang up. We have our pool equipment covered and they fixed leaks a few times but the third time, suddenly they decided it was a "ground movement issue" and said any fixes are no longer covered. What?? I received a second, and third opinion from neighbors pool specialists and they said "Scam." We got it fixed for $50. This company has major issues, stay clear.
