  • Our AC wasn't cooling really well. I called Black Mountain Air and Todd was in the area and met me at my house during my lunch hour. Unfortunately I was going to have to replace the outside unit. I did get a second opinion, and even spoke to Todd the next day with some additional questions. He was honest, and upfront with me. He was able to fit the install in at the end of his day!!! Couldn't recommend them enough! Thanks GUYS!!!
